Dance of Mariam, 9 x 12, oil on canvas board (sold)

This painting was originally done as a sketch for a larger painting, but was recently bought, when friends were looking through my paintings and noticed this one and loved it. It depicts Mariam and other Hebrew women dancing a victory dance on the shore after they had completed the crossing of the Red Sea.

Red Jazz, 16 x 20, oil on streched canvas (sold)

This painting was done as a tribute to Stewart Davis, an American painter from the '20s & '30s whose paintings were inspired by the New York and Paris Jazz scene.

Bavarian Village, 8x10, watercolor on paper

I did this small watercolor while living in Germany in 1997. While staying with friends I saw this view of their little village from my bedroom window. I did a sketch and later completed this painting in my studio at home.
